This has been the first week in a long, long time that I have had good enough weather to ride all five days to work. I am thinking about doing a rain dance to get a break.:D

It reminded me how great Glucosamine is for the joints I have started taking it regularly again. :o

Wash your car, that usually does it.

Anytime I tear down and clean up my bike or lately just clean my chain it seems to rain :(
I've been holding off lately because one of my routes is still under a foot of water.

I hear ya. Haven't seen a good rain in a while. I too have been able to bike in 5 days a week for like 3 or 4 weeks now. Typically, only morning rains concern me. I wish it would rain on the ride home sometimes, just to get a cool down. Didn't get to ride in today :( ...flat tire last night and I was too tired to fix it.

Some part of my area has seen rain everyday since June....currently we have 32 inches for the year, we're suppose to have 19 by the end of July (and usually 31 in the year)

Needless to say, my workout routine has been irregular at best.

You can move to Houston. I believe we have had 33 days of rain since the start of June. I have been training on the trainer (hamster wheel) most of the summer. So much for being ready for the HHH.

Thats my problem. We have had sooo much lately that I am not use to riding so much. It started raining 1 hr after I got home. I guess I was risky posting that this morning. I almost got it on the way home.
