Foo - What foosters [or members] would you like to meet?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

All of them since I don't know a lot of bike peeps out here in NorCal. (My buddy got me into road cycling last year when i lived in the Dallas area!)
But since Jon and Siu are relatively nearby I'd like to meet them. I think Jon is around the San Bruno area, mins from me. And I'd like to meet Siu in person because she knew my cousins from back in the day! Small world!
I'm gonna meet some folks from BF this Sunday at the ride starting in Orinda though! :)

At a previous forum I used to frequent (computer geek type forum), I ended up meeting about 5 or 6 at various times, 3 of them in England when I was over on vacation. They started calling me "The Roving ABX Ambassador" (site is ABXZone.com).

Donnamb is in there. I need to go edit mine to add East Hill too. :)
She lives near me, so hopefully I will meet up with East Hill one of these days.

I also have a couple guys coming in from Colorado in a week too. I'm traveling to Washington/Oregon - hitting Seattle this next Summer to hit some of the forumites from another Forum. At least those are the plans. Was down in Houston this Spring and met up with some other forumites too. Rather fun. :)

My post wasn't meant to exclude anyone. Those were just the top three wiminz. I'd meet up with any of you and when I get back from Africa I plan on making trips all around the US for biking if any of you will put up with me.
Eh... yeah, too many to list... but of the women, BDG, Siu, and Donnab are definitely up there--all you chicas seem pretty awesome. ;)

Thanks for the hugs - I admit I'm relatively new (and sparse) here...
For those of you who are in the So.Cal region... I was planning a Metric Century in August. The route was planned and everything. 101 KM, with 4 category 3 climbs, and a few category 2 climbs... massive descents and rolling through 4 distinct neighborhoods/ecologies of the Los Angeles area.
However I'm moving it to December, because I begin coaching Girls Under 16 soccer quite soon and the timing just might not work out. That and the weather will get deathly hot in August.
Anyway, I'll be sure to post a thread about it as it approaches. It would be good for those of you who are within the general vicinity (or visiting from out of town) to come along.

So far, I'm doing a pretty good job: I've met 11 BF/Foo'ers. polara and I may meet another this weekend. :D
I'd like to meet Taerom, he seems like a cool dude. ;)
Fo real though...hmmmm, meeting Pheard and Siu and the other Californians would be fun. And now I want to take Vega mountain biking with the NC crew. :) Actually, I would like to meet any of you.

Ever considered posting about this in the SoCal subforum? What are the climbs? The SoCal BikeForums roadies are big fans of hilly courses.
I'm not going to try to list a bunch of people. I'm sure I'd forget someone. But I will note that I definitely hope to meet BDG since she is my Foo twin. And that I hope to meet ms.gio since she has promised ice cream. And dauphin since I interact with him so much both here and in the SoCal subforum.
Yep, I'm not going to make a list either. Lots of folks. I'll hopefully be knocking a few of them off the "would like to meet" and onto the "have met" list here in the next month.

prendrefeu, you should post the details in the SoCal regional forum. There's almost always rides being organized and usually get a very good turnout! I'd be interested in hearing about the area you're planning the ride in? :)

all y'all - but, most importantly, all the ones who've slipped off the radar that, along with you guys of course, made this place the unique, fun, informative and entertaining place that it is.

It was great to meet you too. Sorry I was so grouchy that day. I was working on about 4 hours sleep.Tunitas Creek just about killed me. I never did find out-what happened to you and Sean? We were looking for you after the ride and never found you.

i'd like to meet myself, but only if i didn't know it was me. i'd prolly think i, not knowing it was me, was a jerk, but the beer selection would be grand!
ooohh.. just kidding. i'd like to meet everyone that wasn't too uber-cool to hang with a peon like me. i'd even buy the first round! and if ya don't drink, i'd buy ya a chocolate milk, cause that's the greatest thing on earth, unless you're lactose intolerant. in which case i'd buy ya a beer.
