I have been watching le Tour de France and have really enjoyed it! I have also been trying to learn as much as I can about the point system that they have for the sprinters and the climbers. Can anyone help me out on the green jersey???
I just watched the last stage where Pleche ( oh, I wrecked his name I know) won, but Robbie is still in the green jersey. I guess him and Baden Cooke are duking it out for this honor.
Why is it that some of them get 20 points and some just 6? Does the peleton have to be in a certain distance of the break away to get full points? Any info would be much appreciated.
