I absolutely hate being on hold while you wait for some telephone assistant who probably isn't going to be able to help you anyway. It's been like, 12 minutes and all I have is BF and some CRAP rap/hip hop music on the phone to listen to. Grrrr.
This is one of the only times that speakerphone isn't stupid and annoying. Beats crushing your ear for hours.
Take a Valium and chill. :D

We're friends!?! I feel so important. And it's not that ALL I had was BF. BF was a blessing. I was actually talking on Gabbly to jschen, Crank and Santiago while I was waiting. My frustration was with the holding. Glad to know I'm loved though. :p
