I don't ride BMX but my nephew wanted one so I looked around and bought a used Haro. Everything I've read says that is at least a decent bike. Kind of late to ask but maybe I'll feel good about the purchase if I've at least gotten a good value. Chime in and let me know what you think.
It is a 2000 Haro Backtrail Pro (Ryan Nyquist Edition?). I bought it on line so haven't seen it yet but according to seller is in mint condition - pictures seemed to validate that but I won't know for sure until it gets here. I paid less than $200 for it. If it is in mint condition as stated did i get a good deal that I know my nephew will be safe on. BYW - 20" bike and green.
Myself, I ride a Gary Fisher Montare, mainly on bike paths which is all my 350 lb body can take right now - down 80 lbs so far and loving the bike!
