From Dallas Morning News Metro section:

A man walking his bicycle along a freway entrance ramp ner downtown was fatally struck by a vehicle Saturday morning. The accident happened at about 9:30 am at westbound I 30 and Griffin street. THE DRIVER FLED THE SCENE.

I hope that driver cant sleep and has the image of hitting that man play over and over in his head. It doesnt matter who the guy was, homeless or not. Show a little compassion and own up to what you did.

I agree. Things like that are disgusting. Like people don't care about life at all.

Doesn't hearing about this sort of crap make you sick? The guy was fatally struck, but I'm sure the driver didn't bother to find that out. Not that that makes a difference, but you'd think, in the name of basic decency, he'd try to help.

I have worked several auto-ped accidents. Most of the time the driver and in shock, their first reaction is to run. Then they fear getting in trouble if they come forward.

Not saying it's the right thing to do, just something I have came across.
