Errr, I mean John and Henry. I think Octico had the same idea I had. Easy ride on the SART to stretch the legs after GMR yesterday. Also gave Gina a chance to torture me a bit. I think Psydotek was out there giving his tri buddy a lesson in cycling!:D

Happened to run into eachother in the same place, so we took time out for a quick photo. Just thought they'd like to see it!:)
