Wanted to ask peoples opinions on these.

I am considering purchasing some breathe right strips to see whether they improve/add comfort to my nasal breathing. I have has some problems since breaking my nose, with conjestion in one of my passages, and its uncomfortable when I ride, as I feel blocked up.

Was wondering whether anybody has experience of using these? I have read they don't boost athletic performance but I wonder whether they would help with keeping my nasal passage clear when cycling?

They can't hurt, I'd imagine. Worth a try.

I have a friend who uses nasal strips when running and swears that it helps her to breathe. I also know people who wear them at night and claim to get better sleep. *shrug*

It is an inexpensive trial and error - certainly sounds worth a try to me.
