Hello everyone! Of course I am new to the forum and new to bicycling in general. I seen a guy at the park the other day doing a bunch of cool tricks so I decided to get myself a bike for fun. I want to learn to do some of those flatland freestyle tricks so I was watchin some how to videos and found out it would be good to have my front brake as tight as I could get it. So I tried adjusting my front and rear brakes and now have none at all. I have a mongoose hoop d and I sure wish I could figure out how to make the brakes work again. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks
SweetLou

I'm not sure what type of brakes you have, but check Park Tools website http://www.parktool.com/repair/ Click on the brakes and you can determine which type is yours and how to adjust.
