Vino's blood test for stage 15 should still show the extra blood, so he will be dq for that one too... then yes.

If he got booted for something that happened in stage 13, I'd think anything he did after that would be nullified also. However, if they're treating it as withdrawing after stage 15, they might decide to let the results stand. Given the circumstances, I think he should get the benefit of the doubt until at least the 'B' sample is tested. Then again, we may have to wait through a process analogous to the one Floyd's going through before it's finally settled.

Guess that's a long way of saying I have no clue how they're going to handle it. :o
