Just an idea..

seperate sections for "For Sale" sections for both Roat and ATB..

I'm new into mountain bikes and finding parts takes a bit to comb through..

What about recumbent parts, BMX parts, folding bike parts, hybrid bike parts? Not that your suggestion is a bad one, it's just that there's a lot of items that you can't put in one category or the other. Look at it this way: you're going to learn a lot about different kinds of bike in sifting through all the non-MTB stuff. :D
