It was Rabobank that kicked Rasmussen to the curb and I applaud them for that. I think there is a clear distinction between the actions of Rabobank and Astana, if you catch my drift. One team seems to somewhat support their riders cheating while another has absolutely no tolerance for dishonesty, let alone doping.

Do you mean would I start tomorrow? It would all depend on whether or not it would affect my income. Otherwise, there's no reason. The team was built around Rasmussen.
