A design for a team EPO Jersey? Don't bother, just go buy yourself a Discovery Jersey... Or anything with the words 'Floyd Landis' on it and you are set.

I'd love to get one. Should also have phone #'s on the sides - 1 800 EPO-2DAY or something like that.

Actually the hypos should be on the sleeves, not pointing to your neck...lol

And the jersey should have a bunch of "sponsor" names: Amgen, Pfizer, Merck, etc.

I don't think we should use actual company names. Nobody's blaming pharmaceutical companies for ruining the sport.

+1 for moving the needles.
If you're serious about this, put me down for 2.
maybe on the back it could read..."because you can't win the Tour de France on mineral water alone!" as qouted by Jacques Anquetil.

What became of the Team EPO Jersey idea? It's time to resurrect it. I'll take a size M, please.

Remembering Landis's excuse, I suggest Jack Daniels jerseys :roflmao2:.

Yes Blaireau is correct! USPS & Discovery already have copy rights to that jersey design.

In all seriousness. A jersey would be very tuff and $$$$$$ to produce fast enough before the interest dyed. A T-shirt would be the best way. And I could make them with all the suggestions from here on a yellow shirt. Team EPO on the sides, syringe on the sleeves and all. Last year for a TDF party I made a EPO makes me go shirt. Had a picture of a racer that I did a motion blur on to make him look fast. Was pretty funny. Jerseys are allot of work to do them right. A T-shirt could be done for $25 and thats with six images locations most if not all in multi color. No 1 color stuff. Interested? I would do these my self not farming it out. Been printing for 35 years and allot for the cycling industry.

Here is a Jersey design I found...............
Please see accompanying song In FOO in the EPO thread!!!:D

Only if there is an image depicting Landis, asleep with an empty whisky bottle in one hand, after stage 16 with the testosterone patch still affixed to his nut-sack.
I heard from a friend that was the rumor as to why his levels were elevated. he actually fell asleep with the patch on his sack. man, you can't make that stuff up.

I'd be up for one. Hey, I wore my Saunier-Duval hat today on a ride, so why not?

hahaha man I like the idea as sad as it is. Honeslty people forget that Erythropoietin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erythropoietin) has legitimate medical uses to help people. It is unfortunate the this drug and other drivitaves of it have been miss used.

Interesting testimony in his trial, a doctor was slightly perplexed when Landis tested positive in only one stage. Considering Testerone has a 10 day half-life in the body.................very strange>..........

As I understand it they didn't detect the "artificial" testosterone but detected the changes in the normal ratios of naturally occuring testosterone that occur when you juice, or something like that.

Yes, that is correct but the riders knew how the game was played. If you used the patch for, let's say, an hour a day then the T/E levels wouldn't rise to a level where the red flag would go up. Thus there would have been no carbon isotope test to confirm the presence of synthetic testosterone. Once his level got out of whack and they went to the carbon isotope test (which is costlier and more time consuming) on he "B" samples he was screwed. When that test came back positive i knew he was guilty. Thus the theory of him leaving the patch on his nutsack overnight makes the whole thing make sense.

Don't forget that it also needs to have a special extra pocket for a syringe.

Did you guys see the new Rapha fixed T shirts? It is prominently featuring the EPO spectrograph. At first I thought it was funny; now it's just kind of sad. Anyway, there's your jersey!

EPO is so 20th century. How about a CERA Jersey?
I have an idea. I think we all know the story about the tortoise and the hare, right? How about an image of the tortoise injecting himself/herself and winning the race, or a chartoon of the hare doping, and a caption that reads,"silly cyclists dopings for dopes." And the tortoise wearing a yellow jersey. Or something on that note.

Can you add "Operation Puerto" and "Festina Affair" on it? "Oil for Drugs" works too.

"Old fat guys need EPO too!"
Perhaps a play on the Intel marketing - "CERA inside"
