My apologies for the dupe post above but the only thing left as leverage is the money, if honoring one's word, personal ethics, etc. fail to change bad behavior.

But hasn't it always been about the money and publicity? IF I'm not mistaken that is why sponsors shell out the millions for the pro tour teams - they want publicity to make themselves more recognizable and therefore increase sales and earn more money.
