Considering the controversy, and the sucess of other sports that turn a blind eye to "enhancements," I have a Modest Proposal.
Have two "categories" of teams in the Tdf.
One "category" would be the one we have now, with the drug monitoring we have now..
The other "category" would be the Cyber category, to be run with, at most NFL-style drug monitoring, or maybe not at all.
Mix the categorys in all stages, but have a two sets of jerseys, once for each category.
I propose a black jersey for the Cyber GC.
Thoughts?
