Yeah, their moral is just devastated. Michael Boogerd was saying he wanted to quit. I didn't think that guy knew the meaning of that word.

Tough for them, good for the sport.

Do you mean that he was denied the joy of winning the Vuelta due to a cheater? It might be on his palmares but I doubt he feels like he won the thing......
