Road Cycling - Changing chainring sizes...question.

Hi all,
I'd like to change my inner chainring from a 42 to a 39. Once I make the switch will I need to make any derailleur or chain adjustments? I'm thinking that I shouldn't have to adjust anything, but I thought I'd check with you guys first. :D
Should be a transparent change. See what the extra chain does when you
are in the 39/12 (11?) tooth configuration. The B screw may need a bit of
adjusting but probably not. Steve

You may also need to set the inner limit screw just a bit tighter and maybe the cable adjuster one click tighter as well. This is just to help the chain from jumping clear past the smaller ring.
Thanks, all, for the replies.
