hey, guys, just wanted to brag! I just did my fastest time ever on my commute-- 5.5 miles in 20 minutes! holy cromoly batman! last year when I started this commute took me 40 minutes. typically it seems to take about 30, but today I tried to really hammer. hope you all have great commutes! :D

I hadn't ridden with the GPSr mounted in many a weeks and wasn't even sure if the batteries would even work this morning since I hadn't used used it since more than month ago when I visited Europe. I could not believe how fast I was flying. I was going 20mph in spots that I typically only hit low teens. I hit a new record maximum of 35mph! However, I knew it was too good to be true when my commute still took the usual 65 minutes, but my average was a record fast 20mph. Turns out, I had left the GPSr in kilometers per hour, not miles per hour. (20km/h=12.4mph, 35km/h=21.7mph)

Excellent!! It takes me almost that long to do my 3.5 miles.
