My name's Bill and I'm a newbie around here.
I came across the forum here and found that it would be a great way to get deeper into the world of cycling - find out what's going on, meet new people and try and track down answers to some questions I still have. Nothing is better than experience.
I started out with a balck & red Giant Iguana SE a couple of years ago and found that it wasn't fast or light enough to meet my developing needs.
This year, I've upgraded to a blue & white Jamis Ventura to get back that competitive edge I once had. Found out it takes quite a while to do that :)
Well, just wanted to drop a line and say, "Hello!" to everyone out there.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
