velosolex or solex? how many holes? what size? steel I suppose...

Lookin for 1 or 2 rims--for a solex 1700 model ,a 1960 bike.Has 28 holes and uses those solex19" tires.Would need to be in USA for shipping---I can order through velocruse(at $70 a rim) but looking for cheeper rims (used?)---sam
