-DK Rage
-DK Step-up
-DK General Lee
-DK Cincinnati
-DK Fury
-DK Eight pack
-better bike for cheap in a differend brand

i know the 6-pack is the best but i dont have that type of money :-/

Man all of those are not good at all. Just cuy some lawns for a week and save 50$ more for a six pack.

ive been cutting lawns for a long time to get the money in the first place :-P but i dont know if its worth it for what im doing and risking another stolen bike

Dazzle
07-28-07, 12:57 PM

i pretty much just ride streets, to and fro places...i do some small tricks but nothing huge...im hoping to be able to bunny hop around 2 feet, so light=good...but pretty much just riding around the neighborhood

CamHat
07-28-07, 01:37 PM
Are you kidding about the 2 foot bunny hop? Alot of people that ride street bmx for real can't even do that.

If i where you, i would get the Kink Gap. It has an all chromoly frame and has 3 pc. cranks.

And for the bunnyhop thing i would hope to get 6 inches.

Dazzle
07-28-07, 01:41 PM
alot of people can but im not hoping to do that anywhere in the near future...thats my goal in a couple years

but anyways...the gap is better then all the DK's??

CamHat
07-28-07, 01:44 PM
ummm lemme review them again.

Dazzle
07-28-07, 01:45 PM
ok thank you

CamHat

The Kink Gap would be the most sturdy and will last a long time. The Dk Fury looks okay for the price... It is the lightest, but the Gap will last longer... I am not 100% sure because i have never ridden any of these bikes before. If you want it cheap i would go with the General Lee. The Lee has 3 pc cranks and little bit of chromoly. Just go with the Lee if you want a DK. I suggest you go to your LBS and try some out yourself.

actually, the gap is only 1 ounce heavier then the fury, so thats good. so i guess its between the general lee and the gap...thats a tough one cause the general lee is 40 bucks cheaper

CamHat

hmmmmmmmmmmm....

CamHat

If you want something that will last get the Gap. I would pay the extra 40$ so you wont have to make repairs later. Also, the Gap will provide better breaking power and there won't be any screwy gyros to mess with. Also, the gap is a lot lighter and it will be easier to bunnyhop and easier to go fast. To lessen that 40$ use this code for 10% off 37j3. It is up to you on which bike you want, but i suggest the Gap.

you sir are my hero...lol but i think im going to go with the gap...one problem is no place has it in black and dans wont have it until the end of august

CamHat
07-28-07, 02:10 PM

Dazzle
07-28-07, 02:11 PM
o.k thank you

CamHat
07-28-07, 02:14 PM
hmmm.. yeah nobody has black until mid aug. You have three options. 1. Wait until black is back. 2. Go with the red (which looks aight, but black is better) 3. Find a different bike.

I vote for #2. Tell me if you want to find a different bike.

Dazzle
07-28-07, 02:20 PM
yeah i dont think it is worth getting a new bike just for the color...i think ill just go with red and with the 10% it should be close to budget

Dazzle
07-28-07, 02:32 PM
actually, this site has it with free shipping so ill prob just order from there

CamHat

It is special if you are new and are planning to do it in a week. I didn't know that he said he would go for 2 feet over the years. I assumed something. You don't have to say something negative.

I learned to hop in a day, a week or so later I could hop 18" without even thinking of it. Practice it, it's not like it's hard to do it's a basic skill.

Also, I am just flat out a negative person, so yes I do have to be negative.

to back up camhat, i didn't say that i meant over time so its my bad not his...im only 14 so i dont think that i will have the strength to bunny hop 18" in a week like you

Really strong? hardly. you can bench just over your own weight, that is no major feat.

gnr rocker
07-29-07, 03:23 PM
