The headset on my cross-check complete is loose. I was thinking of replacing it with a CK, or an FSA Orbit or something. My question is, is the headset integrated?

No. I put a Cane Creek S1 in it when the Aheadset died. Easy job if you have the tools.

Are you asking about your bike? Can't tell from the photo. Ask the manufacturer.

Cross check head tube takes a non-integrated headset. I have a Cane Creek S-6, but I had my LBS install it because it was a new frame and I didn't want to mess it up.

Loose as in the cups are loose or the fork is loose?

I get popping when I hit bumps. I tried tightening a couple times. I think I may try again though. Although a Chris King would look good on there. :)

I just put a silver Chris King in my black Crosscheck; no issues. The CK gives it a very unique look because the headtube has a relatively small diameter compaired to the large CK cups. But most importantly I guess, it's soo smooth.
