I have a question for anyone who wants to chime in.
I will try to explain this as best as I can.
This is in Oregon. You are coming up to a three way stop. The road intersecting the one you are on is across the street from you. The cars have to turn either left or right. You have a bike lane on the shoulder of the road. You are not crossing any traffic and the stop line does not cross your lane. Do you have to stop or can you proceed through the intersection without stopping?
I hope I gave you enough info tho understand the scenario and give your thoughts.
Thanks
