I'm looking for a stem with the following specs:
100mm extension
15 degree rise
31.8mm clamp size
One stem that looked good was the Salsa Cycles Moto Ace S.U.L. stem. Does anyone know of another company that makes a stem with my specs, or at least someone that makes decent custom stems?

I am sure that profile designs has one and likely dimension as well. Check you lbs they are bound to have several options for you.

100 mm and 31.8 mm are not hard to find (you didn't mention steerer size -- 1 1/8?) but the 15 degree rise is a bit of an odd spec and there doesn't seem to be much out there. The Salsa part you referenced is about all I could find that matched all the measurements you've given. If you can use a 10 degree rise instead of 15 then your options open up quite a bit since there are lots of 80/100 stems (80 degrees flipped 'down' and 100 flipped up). One place I've found that's good for stem shopping is this page on Alfred E. Bike (http://aebike.com/site/page.cfm?PageID=30&Category=1535) where you'll find a good selection of road stems to pick from.

Yep, it's a 1 1/8" steerer size.
Thanks for the link, Grendel!
