I read somewhere that it's not on TV, but Eurosport seems to have be good for cycling. Didn;t they show some championship from Salzburg, and one from France just before the Tour, and I watched the Giro earlier this year.
Anyone know if it will be showing the Vuelta this year? It seems a big event to miss if they don;t.
