If a racer that is wearing a national or world championship jersey, or any other winner jersey not from the TdF, and becomes the overall leader of the race, does the yellow jersey reflect that?

Hmmmmm. I think it would be the regular yellow jersey with their team colors in the box. But i am not positive.

champion jerseys doesnīt matter. He getīs a yellow one with tha name and the logo of his team. And thatīs it.

depends on the rider, I believe riders get fines for not wearing the correct jersey they are awarded.... i.e. saeco wore black jerseys one day during the tour to protest the uci rule against bicycle weight, the whole team was fined for this, since they were not wearing their regular jerseys.
so the rider can choose to wear what they want, but they will get fined.... other than the sponsers the jerseys don't represent championships
