Hey, you should give me a chance to try sometime... haven't ridden with a celebrity before:D
Actually, we should hook up for a ride sometime... I ride Portland, Hood River, Corvallis, McKenzie River, and Dallas frequently. I really need to make it over to Bend more often!

Where do you ride in Hood River? I live just across the river. Also where do you ride in Portland?

I have done the McKenzie River trail, its a fun trail! we did a group ride on it recently and stoped at the blue pool thing (where the watter comes out from the ground) every one jumped in but me :( i wused out and didnt feel like freezing my balls off like the others (two where girls to:)) not the mention i was the only one with baggy canvas shorts (they are bike shorts with a pad) so they would have stayed wet for a while.

I was just up riding the Washington side, near White Salmon.... I think it was called Buck Creek Loop or something... lots of climbing. I've ridded surveyor's ridge and post canyon a few times. Larch Mountain is between Portland and Hood River, really enjoy it there. In Portland I ride Forest park weekly, but that's just because it's right here, and good for keeping in shape. What rides do you recommend on the gorge? I'd really like to check out more of the Washington side!

Buck Creek? Is that just off of Courtney rd.? Its like all uphill one way and all down on the way back? I really like Post Canyon I actually haven't explored very much up there though, I hear theres some north shore stuff I wanna check out. Honestly I haven't done much riding this summer  and usually when I go riding in washington I just ride around on other peoples property that live around me. I think theres more trails in oregon than washington. I'll have to get back to you I had a list of different trails here in the gorge.:D
