is it possible to put the sprocket and all the stuff on the left side and still be able to work

Yup, but you'll need a left hand drive hub and cranks.

Or just the hub and some loc-tite.

wethepeople

are hubs like that expensive

wethepeople

Thats not a hub, it's a freewheel. It'll go in place of your current freewheel to enable LHD.

If you want a LHD hub, it'll be in the $100 range and then you'll need spokes and a rim.

ouch so if i got the free wheel i stick it on there and flip my tire or does that not work either

wethepeople

That would work.

get the 14 tooth and a 39tooth chainring if you don't already have one.

You will also need a crankset that allows you to attach your sprocket on the left as well.
You could swap the cranks around, but I believe the pedals will always becoming loose then.

why do you want it on the left in the first place??

but if you really want it there you need...
a new cassete hub-~$100
maybe new cranks-~$alot
crankset-$??
maybe even a new chain wheel and maybe pedals but that depends

i want it because i grind on the right and i dont want to bend my sprocket. but if i switch the cranks around couldnt i switch the pedals so they dontcome loose?

wethepeople

You'll need left handed cranks or loc-tite. Just ignore Dazzle.

Just get a stronger sprocket then.
I'm a right-side grinder who runs RHD. And I suck at grinding. Never bent a sprocket.
