accident at the superdrome?

did anyone hear if those two guys who left the superdrome last night in the ambulance were okay? i assumed they probably weren't too serious because the ambulance took so long to leave, and i didn't hear sirens or anything, but it'd be nice to know for sure.

For the benefit of people who don't live in your city you should specify if you mean the Adelaide Superdrome, the San Francisco one or the one in Texas.

This was at the Superdrome in Frisco, Texas. One guys leg was split open pretty bad. Heard reports that the other guy possibly had a broken neck and could not feel his legs but the info was sketchy at best. Haven't heard anything since.

This has been a bad week in Texas. One guy killed over on 121 in the mid-cities area. Long time cyclist killed down in Corpus this Saturday (details on TXBRA). Featured commuter in the Dallas paper gets nailed by some dumbass in a car on a phone last week (he's ok and recovering).

i almost got run over yesterday too...austin texas. some old lady came blazing up behind me, i was watching over my shoulder in intervals and saw her, by the time she got about 100yds from me and was still hauling ass, i started squeezing into the lane next to me, there was a car there...then i heard tires screeching and i looked back and the crazy old lady was driving up on the curb to the right. she had slowed down to almost a stop so i shot in front of her into a parking lot and then she just kept driving along the curb and kept going. it was crazy. i thought i was gonna get rearended.

4 riders went to the hospital.
Shane Densmore: A couple of stitches in his ear.

Nathan Rogut: Sore shoulder, was in the X-ray room when I left.

Jason Mackam: X-rays and various scans. Everything came out clean and he was released.

Zach Garrett: Some superficial road rash, and 16 stitches/staples in his leg. Treated, released, in good spirits, and doing fine.
