The serial number on the bottom bracket shell begins with 71 (71XXXXXXXXXX)...I don't have the bike in front of me. Is this any indication of the production date? It is a red track frame with a twin plate fork crown, pencil stays and REALLY long track ends. "Claud Butler" white block lettering with thin black outline. Oil port on bottom bracket shell. Small decal on seat tube which reads: "Ti" in circle (Like the Ti-Raleigh logo) with "Made in England" under Union Jack. Any help is appreciated!

The TI decal may point to a late model claud ,after 1955 claud butlers were built by holdsworth.
