Classic & Vintage - What kind of Schwinn is this?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Don't remember ever seeing one like it with the curved top tube. Would like to find one some day but I'm saving for a new tandem right now and can't get this one. What is it?

Wellllll, it's a small, slightly fuzzy picture at an oblique angle, but it looks like one of the little 15 inch "camelback" frame Varsities. Looks like somebody has put a matress saddle and upright bars on it, but retailed the original dropbar brake levers.
Best,
TCs
Thanks TCS. Sounds like it's too small for me then. It's on CL.... http://austin.craigslist.org/bik/384683509.html

it looks like one of the little 15 inch "camelback" frame Varsities. The "camelback" Varsities were 17", but that was measured the Schwinn way (to the top of the seat tube) so they were closer to 16" c-t.
