I am in Salt Lake City for few days on business. Anyone interested in having an extra rider tag along on their ride? I would need to borrow a bike and helmet, as well as have baskets for my shoes. Or let me know where I can rent a road bike (or mountain bike) for the day. I just completed the Triple Bypass in Colorado (10,000 ft elevation, 120 miles, 1 day), so I am in pretty good shape.
