I am building up this colnago for someone and I was hoping to figure out the year/model. The components do not appear to be original, but are a mix of shimano 600, dura ace 7400, and 105. It does have campy dropouts. On the right rear dropout the numbers "R528" and "SLX" appear. There do not appear to be any other serial numbers. Here are a few pics.
Thanks in advance

what do you mean by "tubs"? Did you mean tubes? If so, yes.

That paint job screams mid to late '80s. Other than that, no clue.
Boy, that measles-look makes for one spit-ugly paintjob! It'll ride like the wind though - like all Colnago's. Mid-80's 'Super'?

I think it's a Superissimo SLX. Yours is a bit older than the one pictured here. http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/colnago-88/07.jpg
Upon looking at the bike closer and also looking at my friends Superissimo, I don't think yours is a Superissimo. My bad; but who knows.
