Hey folks i always cared alot about miss mother earth, but until recently i was still drving around my car. It was hard for me to stop driving my 1984 westfalia vanagon...but do to a recent run in with the man and making a bad decision and rolling my car on her side and losing the license for a year i really have no choice but to be carless. let me tell yeah it aint that bad. The only time i use a car is with a friend and thats to make trips to the beloved san francisco for fixie gawking and record shopping. Other then that im bike dependent.

thought id share my story and say hello to you all.

my current ride is a specialized allez but i will soon be commuting on a iro Mark V.

Where are you living, westyman? Think of losing the license as a silver lining. If nothing else, it will save you money :) .

Actually it sounds like you're carfree rather than carlite. You don't own a personal motor vehicle, and (by my def) that makes you carfree.
