...every time I refresh the page. I've cleared my cache and my old cookies a couple of times, nothing I do on my end seems to make a difference...I'm running IE w/ Windows 2000 at work if that helps at all.

I occasionally get delays, Randya, on XP, Vista, Unix AND Open BSD, depending on which box I'm on. I don't think it's your OS causing an issue, I suspect it's gateway traffic.

it's constant on my PC at work and non-existant on my Mac at home, go figure...

I have it on both work PC and home PC. And yes, it's been since the last 'software upgrade'.

I would buy the gateway traffic story more if it wasn't for the fact that due to my unusual work hours it shouldn't be happening at the times when I'm on :) .
As bigbossman says, a real PITA. But it doesn't look to get resolved anytime soon since only three or four of us say it's happening :( .
