50 Years/50 Laps/50 Klicks
Happy Birthday to Me! Turned 50 yesterday, to celebrate, went over to Kissena Park and did 50 laps of the velodrome. Managed to get the speed up to 50Kph.
There's no law that says you have to act your age :)

I don't think acting your age is a requirement for the 50+ bunch:rolleyes:

Let's see, 50 kph divided by 1.61 equals ... Hey, that's pretty fast. Congrats on the speed. Now it's time for your 1st colonoscopy (see related thread).

Happy birthday!!
We frown on acting one's age. Acting one half to one fourth your age is pretty normal for this crowd. Ask the non-cycling spouses. Spouses... should the plural of spouse be spice?
Now it's time for your 1st colonoscopy (see related thread).
Colonoscopy and pie are two requirements for the 50+ after riding your age. Welcome to the 50+ Trackguy.

The banked walls on the track help, lobbying for a 50 tooth chainring...
As for medical procedures, already belong to an elite group - men who've had mammogrammes.
Wouldn't that be a mannogramme?:p

Just make sure you don't do them on the same day;)
Like my wife says, "I have three kids, I happen to be married to the 51 year old".
My b'day was monday. Happy birthday to us.
Just make sure you don't do them on the same day;)
Maybe after the colonoscopy, he deserve a pie. After all that fasting and cleansing the day before, he would be starved.

Happy birthday Trackguy. Kissena park brings back some fond memories of riding that track as a little kid and skinning my knees. I used to live on 165th st. and the LIE. Happy Bday and many more.

Happy Birthday! My birthday was last week... had to work on my birthday, so no ride then, but I did ride 64 (even though I am only 55) the next day.

Happy Birthday....the beauty of being a man is that we are not expected to grow up, just grow old.
