anyone know a good place online to buy a steel threaded track fork?

Its a tricky request. The market really seems to have dried up as everyone seems to be making the move to Carbon.
Spicer cycles used to do them, you also used to be to get the Soma rush fork in a threaded option and the list goes on, but now it doesn't seem like there any obvious suppliers for forks with rakes < 40mm.
I think your best bet is looking at the 2nd hand market or talking to a Framebuilder.
However, you may find better success asking in the Single Speed/Fixed Gear forum as it gets a lot more traffic.

I bought one from IRO (http://www.irofixedgear.com/) a few months ago... It's was from their Angus bicycle.

there's usually at least one listed on ebay at any time. I got a replacement a month ago (replacing a damaged fork) and got a second on last week (a spare because they are becomming scarce)
