What length should I look for? Or rather.. what specific ones will work. 105, ultegra, etc??

Ultegra BB-6500
Dura-Ace BB-7700 BB-7703

Stay clear of the BB-7700. It is not a sealed unit and requires maintenance and adjustment.

Triple chainring = 118.5mm.
