Well, scary if you had found yourself between him and the finish line on Stage 15! :D

Sorry about the quality of the photo -- this is what I scanned from my local paper since I wasn't able to find a cleaner copy of this shot online. The determination on his face is just unreal...

Looks like he's crapping a porcupine!

I clipped a copy of this photo out of the newspaper and taped it on the glass pane of our office door at work. It should be an illustration in dictionaries, next to the word 'determination'.

Sheer determination. I occasionally have that look on my face, but I look like I'm ready to kill someone... ;)

Speaking of looks, did anyone else notice Lance gave Mayo the same "Let's go big boy" look that he gave to JU after he responded and passed Mayo.

i noticed that look zack. it was even more prolonged than the one he gave jan. i wonder at what point that photo was taken? as soon as he popped up, he seemed absolutely pissed. once his foot clipped out, had i been the rest of the field i would've just stopped and let him blow by, because nothing other than that could happen with the amount of adrenaline that had to be in lance's system. what an amazing stage; what an amazing race.
