which one is the best. I would like one that is strong and stiff, i don't want anything thats legs will flex. it will be for a dirt jumper type bike. also would a 29er rigid fork be good to replace a 130mm suspenson 26" fork?

Surly make's them good, my dad has an Instigator on his bike and it feels really solid.
