Uneven spoke tension.
Usually indicates that Truing is required.

Wheel not centered, gap or looseness in hub bearings to cones, loose headset and tire not sitting properly

If you just changed your tube or your tire and pumped air into it and noticed your tire was wobbling, it could be that your tire is not sitting properly. Man, I had that problem a few weeks back and it drove me crazy! I finally brought it in to a bike shop and they wrestled the tire back onto the rim properly.

As you spin the wheel by hand look to see if it's the rim that's wobbling or just the tire as koffe suggests. If the rim is spinning straight then it must be the tire is mounted poorly. If the rim wobbles then you have to adjust the spokes to pull it back in line. If you haven't done this before it can be tricky. Make sure you get a top quality, proper sized soke wrench. Those cheap multi tools are worthless and will destroy the nuts. If you are handy and interested and the wheel isn't too far gone you can do a reasonable job of truing it yourself. I keep a spoke wrench in my backpack and spend idle minutes twidling with my spokes. If you keep truing)tensioning constantly then the wheel doesn't have a chance to go bad.
