General Cycling Discussion - Custom Cycling Jerseys

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Several of us at my office will be riding a Century later this summer. Our boss offered to buy us t-shirts with the company name/logo. I convinced him he needed to spend more and get us some real cycling jerseys.
So, does anyone know a source for custom cycling jerseys?

I think that a place like Performance or Nashbar was running a program where you could cutomize a jersey through them a little while back through their catalog. You could also try to find a place that does silkscreening or something.

Check that out, they're in Canada though, as far as i know they're who bikeforums used to make their jerseys.
Voler (velowear.com) offers both full custom and semi-custom jerseys (preset patterns with blank spaces for your logo, sponsors, etc).
Pace (pacesportswear.com) also has custom sublimation, but I think they have a higher minimum on the order. You can see some of their stock jersey designs also on nashbar.com.
Personally, I like the Voler jerseys a little better. I only have one Pace, but I didn't find it very wicking.

Sugoi jerseys suck!!
They are not designed for the "typical American" cyclist's body.
I have two of the BF jerseys (from Sugoi) and they are the tightest jerseys I have, and I got the XXL size. All my other jerseys are size L.
Get them from Velowear.com, Performance, or Nashbar.

BikingCT: We are currently working with Louis Garneau and have been extremely pleased with them. In fact sitting in the room right now with are 4 jerseys and 4 pairs of shorts that we are using for sizing purposes. Minimum order is 12 jerseys or shorts and they are able to duplicate our custom jersey exactly as we want.
We tried Voler first and they couldn't do what we wanted. If you want the contact info for Louis Garneau PM me and I'll send you the info.

I agree with Ron H, as I have 2 of these jerseys, and they do run quite small in comparision with other jerseys. Also I don't think they hold up as well in comparision to any of the other jerseys I've used.
