Hello !

I know I am a bit ehead of the game but I always been like this :o !

I am planning On buying a spare motor for my Schwinn izip just In case this one give up eventually ( I run it @ 36volt ;)

I know the original one as a gear reduction on it and is also freeweeling (all internally ) I would like to boost the torque a bit I am not really there for the speed (even if I like it ) but I need good help to climb that gravel hill @ my work !

I would like something similar that has freeweeling speed @ about 32kph minimum (get presently 45kph @ 36volt without assistance according to my bike speedometer) so minimum 32kph with a bit more torque would be great .

I know how to turn a screwdriver so I am not affraid of bit of mod !

what would you guy's suggest ???

i have a Schwinn izip if you want a little more power. add another 24 volt pack make it 48 volts. my schwinn has been working at this voltage for some time with no problems. steep hills no problem it speeds up them. i have had the gear box apart not a hole lot you can do to mod it.

cheers
