We got out today for our first TMCS bike Club ride of the year. We had about 15 kids come out,most were new riders. I did tuneups and safety checks of the bikes. Sycamore Cycles owner and dang fast XC race dude Wes D came out to help. Thad Walker from the Brevard Col. Cycling team came out and talked to the kids as well. This is our forth year and now we have 2 riders that have graduated from the school come back to work as ride leaders. Thats really great for Hambone and I to see. Here are some pics from tonight.....

Thanks for putting up the pics. Riding with the club is a lot of fun. The best thing of all is I now have both my sons riding with the group. You should see my first grader shredding the trail with all of the middle school kids. Thanks again 66 for all the help with the club.

Cool. I was looking at pics of those trails earlier on mtbikewnc.com. I really gotta get out there sometime. Ive done the Black Mountain trail and boy was it a struggle. It was still fun though. I live in greensboro so its not too far of a ride. Im bored of the trails in Greensboro though, so ill check it out some time.

Yo?????.........Due to not knowing who I am around here I'm gonna let you off the hook. If you insist on showing your ignorance on a public forum, be at the Maxwell/Black intersectin at 6:00 am on Sat. The first one to the parking lot wins.
