Looking for a Battery Re-Build

A couple of days ago, a couple of cells in my Ni-Cad battery exploded. The rest appear to be fine. Does anyone know anyone in the Toronto area who re-builds battery packs?

Given the toxic materials in Nicads, I'd treat the whole thing with caution.

The battery still charges to 35V, but only lasts about a third of the distance. I dunno the reason one exploded, someone said it was because the cells were soldered, not spot welded. The point is, I need to get it repaired or replaced.
