My girlfriend and I will be going together and we will be meeting some other friends as well. We will be on our single speeds but all geared bikes are welcome of course. This is not a shuttle ride. We will be pedaling up and riding down.

This is truely a great ride. If you have not done this ride and live in Socal you have been missing out.

Hit me up if you want to go so I know who to wait for.

The milage can be about 26 miles and longer if you go to Blue Jay campground. The elevation starts at 800 and climbs up to 3,300 and higher depending on choice of upper route. If you have not done this trail it is a very fun trail. I attached a link with a topo in it on my first post. http://www.mountainbikebill.com/san_juan.htm

I have met him a few times. He is a charecter. It is nice that he did all of this mapping and directions for free. It is a useful site.

Just a heads up. I was reading some post here and have noticed there are a lot of begginer or should I say Novice riders. This trail is a little bit much for the begginer riders. Throw in the pace we (my girlfriend and I) ride I would suggest you be in good shape (lots of climbing) and know how to ride exposed single track. I was thinking there was some extreme riders here but I am new to this forum and do not want to mislead people or get them in over their head. With all that said lets hit some single track tomorrow.
