Well, I found this website in my quest to find out more about biking. I am going to be buying a new road bike son to use as my cardio workouts to suplement gym time with weights as a I don't like running and don't like cardio machines in the gyms.
Anyway, I was wondering if there are any on here from the Central Iowa area? If so, where you from? Where do you ride? I am thinking most of my time will be bike paths around the Clive, West Des Moines, Water Works Park, and Saylorville areas to start with. And if I can find a safe route, I might start commuting to work on the weeks I don't have my daughter.
So, saying hello and wanted to see if there are others from this area on here.
