want to take my drop bars off and replace them with tt bars that have aeros on them. need to do the brakes, shifters and a couple other things that im not even aware of yet.
whats involved here? good thing to attempt with little to no cable routing experience? or should i go to lbs and ask for the managers help? possible ask to sit in a learn.

Piece of cake. I advise you to get some new cables though, The old ones can be a pain if the ends come apart.
The job will be a lot easier with new cables. If you are changing the cable housing due to housing length, then you need some tools for that. I use one of the either two tools I have that will do the job. A dremel tool or a Parktools cable cutter. You can do it yourself just make sure you have the tools.
