I got a Diamondback Apex and I was wonder how much should I let it go to start a new project.

XL or L frame
Decals taken off. Aluminum Frame (very light hardtail!)
ProMax Mechanical Disc Brakes
Shimano Deore XT Gear Set
Mavic Wheels with Geax Sadona Tires. 26 x 2.25
Manitou SX-E Front Shock <- came with the bike..
Upgraded Seat with shock

This bike is a nice ride. Spent many good times with it and is very light for a hardtail! Can lift above my head all day with one hand.

$200 maybe, but I'm not sure.. seems like a cheaper bike with XT added on.

it's not a trek frame. and those promax discs will hurt it. It looks like a cheap bike somebody just put an xt rear derailleur on.

I'd say $200 tops.
