What I need to do is stream a .wma file and no ads or anything. just want to share a piece of music with a stream is all.

Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org/index.php) has movies (http://www.archive.org/details/movies), audio (http://www.archive.org/details/audio)and text (http://www.archive.org/details/texts) archives. In fact, I'm listening to the Honeydogs live at Schubas Tavern (http://www.archive.org/details/honeydogs2007-02-15.matrix.flac16) even as I write this response. Check the site out. They have public domain movies and stuff as well. Its a really nifty site for streaming audio/video.

Can't you run it thru Movie Maker with no images or a single black frame the length of the piece, save it as a wmv and post it on youtube?

Do you already have it converted as a streaming file? If not download Windows Media Encoder from Microsoft. The encode the file as web server progressive download. It'll make sense after you start the program. Then upload it to any site that has free web hosting.
